Terms & Conditions

Applies to all services, offerings, and digital products provided by Tiffany Marshall International LLC, including mentorship, programs, memberships, workshops, and online content. Retreat-specific terms are covered separately.
1. Overview
By enrolling in any service, digital product, mentorship container, or experience offered by Tiffany Marshall International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms below. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your participation in any of our digital programs, coaching containers, private sessions, group offerings, downloadable content, and workshops unless otherwise noted.
2. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment plans are offered at our discretion and must be completed in full. You are responsible for all agreed payments, even if you do not participate fully.
- Preferred payment method is bank transfer (no fees).
- Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee.
- Payment failure may result in revoked access to your program or service until resolved.
We reserve the right to refer accounts to collections for unpaid balances after 30 days.
3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for change of heart, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or lack of engagement. You are responsible for reviewing all program details before purchasing.
If a specific refund policy applies to a program or retreat, it will be clearly stated on the respective enrollment page or contract.
4. Use of Content
All materials shared within programs, sessions, or digital downloads are the sole intellectual property of Tiffany Marshall International LLC and may not be copied, duplicated, reproduced, or shared in any form without prior written consent.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own growth and healing. Any unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
4A. Digital Products & Downloads
Any downloadable product you purchase or receive from us (including but not limited to PDFs, audio files, templates, and guides) is for personal use only.
You may not modify, sell, rebrand, or share any digital file or its contents. Doing so may result in legal action and removal from future services.
5. Scope of Services & No Guarantees
Our offerings are educational, transformational, and spiritual in nature. While we hold space for deep change, we do not guarantee results. Your progress depends on your own readiness, participation, and integration.
Tiffany Marshall International LLC does not offer therapy, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek licensed professional support.
5A. Disclaimer of Responsibility
All services and materials provided by Tiffany Marshall International LLC are for personal growth, spiritual development, and empowerment only. Nothing we offer should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or guarantee specific outcomes. You acknowledge that your results may vary and that you are fully responsible for your own health, decisions, and well-being throughout this journey.
6. Conduct & Energetic Integrity
You agree to show up in alignment with the values of respect, honesty, and emotional responsibility.
We reserve the right to remove you from any group or container — without refund — if your behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the emotional tone or safety of others.
7. Retreat Participation
Retreats are subject to additional Terms & Conditions, which will be provided upon enrollment. Participation in any in-person retreat requires a separate signed agreement, which will override these general terms where applicable.
8. Confidentiality & Community Agreements
For all group spaces and containers, you agree to honor the confidentiality of other participants. Personal shares and community discussions are not to be shared outside the container. We hold all group spaces as sacred and sovereign.
9. Technology & Access
You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet access and functioning technology for participation. We are not responsible for missed access due to technical issues on your end.
Program materials may be hosted on external platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive, private Facebook groups). You are responsible for accessing these as directed.
10. Limitation of Liability
You agree to hold harmless Tiffany Marshall International LLC, its team, and collaborators from any claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from your participation.
All offerings are entered into voluntarily, and you assume full responsibility for your experience.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation or binding arbitration in Warrick County, Indiana.
12. Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. The most current version will always be made available on our website.
