Retreat Agreement

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Tiffany Marshall International LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and applies to all retreats organized by the Company. By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Retreat Details

By enrolling in any retreat hosted by Tiffany Marshall International LLC (“Company”), the Participant agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

All specific retreat details, including the name of the retreat, dates, location, total cost, and payment schedule, are provided at the time of enrollment and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. These details are confirmed in the Participant’s purchase receipt and welcome email.

This Agreement applies to all retreats hosted by Tiffany Marshall International LLC, regardless of location, format, or theme.

2. Ownership & Copyright

All retreat materials are the sole intellectual property of Tiffany Marshall International LLC. These materials are for the Participant’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed for any commercial or non-commercial use without explicit written permission.

3. Personal Use and Restrictions

Participants agree not to record, reproduce, sell, or share any part of the retreat experience, teachings, or community shares.

4. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The retreat is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel. Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Results and Responsibility

No outcomes or results are guaranteed. Transformation depends on the Participant’s level of personal engagement, emotional readiness, and post-retreat integration.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via credit card, Affirm, Klarna, or bank transfer.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
If you cancel within 7 days of booking, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 60 days or more before the retreat, you will receive a 25% refund minus the deposit.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date.

Retreat Date Change Option:
If you need to cancel your attendance, you may request a one-time transfer of your payment to another retreat.

You must select a new retreat date within 60 days of your cancellation request, and that new retreat must take place within 1 year of the originally scheduled retreat you are canceling. No credits or transfers will be honored after this window.

8. Rescheduling by Organizer

In the rare event of cancellation or postponement by the Company, your spot will be transferred to the next available retreat or you will receive a retreat credit valid for 1 year.

9. Participant Conduct Agreement

The Company is committed to maintaining a sacred, supportive, and emotionally safe space for all participants.

By signing this agreement, the Participant agrees to the following:

Treat all facilitators, participants, and staff with respect.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal shares.
Avoid any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
Follow all instructions and guidelines given by retreat facilitators and staff.
Refrain from using substances or engaging in behavior that disrupts the emotional tone of the retreat.

The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant who violates this conduct agreement, without refund.

10. Media & Testimonial Consent

Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the retreat for documentation and promotional use.

By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing and communications by Tiffany Marshall International LLC, unless you submit a written request to opt out prior to the retreat start date.

Participants may be invited to share written or video testimonials after the retreat. If submitted, you grant permission for your name, likeness, and statements to be used unless anonymity is requested. Testimonials are optional and not required.

11. Inclusion of Minors

Certain retreats may allow minor participants aged 13–17 only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If applicable:

The minor must be listed on a signed Minor Consent & Liability Waiver (separate document).
The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the supervision, wellbeing, and conduct of their child for the duration of the retreat.
The Company is not acting in loco parentis and assumes no legal or emotional responsibility for minors.

12. Indemnity & Liability

You agree to indemnify Tiffany Marshall International LLC, its staff, and facilitators from any liability, injury, loss, or damages sustained during your participation. Participation is at your own risk.

13. Medical Acknowledgment & Emergency Consent

You affirm you are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities. You authorize emergency medical care if required and release the Company from all related liability.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana (Warrick County). Any legal matters will be handled through mediation or arbitration in this jurisdiction.

15. Force Majeure

Tiffany Marshall International LLC shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the retreat or any part thereof due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, government mandates, public health emergencies, travel bans, civil unrest, or any other unforeseeable or extraordinary event. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or offer an alternative experience. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such risks.

16. COVID-19 Clause

By attending the retreat, you accept all risks related to COVID-19. You will follow any safety protocols in place and agree not to attend if symptomatic or exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of the event.

17. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any personal or sensitive information shared by fellow participants during the retreat.

18. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of retreat planning and will never be shared without your consent.

19. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Participant and Tiffany Marshall International LLC.

21. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a Tiffany Marshall International LLC retreat you confirm that you have reviewed and understand the terms outlined in this waiver. A formal copy will be sent for signature after enrollment.
