Welcome to the Buy 1 Get 1 Retreat Promotion (the “Promotion”) for retreats offered by Tiffany Marshall International LLC (“Tiffany Marshall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to this promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you (“participant,” “attendee,” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review this document carefully.

1. Promotion Details
- Promotion Options: BOGO 1 | Grief to Grace & Silent Serenity Retreat
--Private Room: $1,777
--Shared Room: $1,444
- BOGO 2 | Couples & Silent Serenity Retreat
--Private Room: $2,222
--Shared Room: $1,999
- BOGO 3 | Grief to Grace, Silent Serenity, & Couples Retreat
--Private Room: $4,444
--Shared Room: $3,333

The Promotion will end at the discretion of Tiffany Marshall.

Retreat Options and Availability:
- Grief to Grace and Silent Serenity retreats offer both private and shared rooms as they are women-only retreats.
- Grief to Grace offers three room types: Shared Double Room for Two Persons, Private Queen Room for One Person, Private Double Room for One Person. Rooms will be assigned on availability with preferences considered but not guaranteed. 
- Committed Couples Retreat offers rooms for couples only (2 participants per room).
- Committed Couples Retreat offers three room types: Lakeview, Fireplace, and Loft. Rooms will be assigned on availability of Lakeview and Fireplace options, with preferences considered but not guaranteed. 

Retreat Dates and Locations:
- Grief to Grace: Dec 13-15, 2024, New Harmony, IN
- Silent Serenity: Jan 31-Feb 2, 2025; March 14-16, 2025; Aug 22-24, 2025, Ferdinand, IN
- Committed Couples Retreat: Feb 14-16, 2025, New Harmony, IN 

First-Come, First-Serve Basis: Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a retreat date is fully booked, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available. If a spot does not become available, you may transfer to a future retreat of equal or lesser value.
- Travel Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat venue. Tiffany Marshall is not liable for travel costs if the retreat is canceled or rescheduled. 
- Late or Early Departure or No Show: No refunds will be provided for late or early departure or no shows, as retreat costs and logistics are based on full attendance.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 7-Day Full Refund Period: You may cancel within 7 days of booking to receive a full refund, less a non-refundable deposit.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period. If you cancel after this period, you may:
--Apply the funds toward a future retreat within one year.
--Transfer your spot to another person, subject to Tiffany Marshall International LLC's approval.
- Organizer Cancellation: If Tiffany Marshall cancels a retreat, the retreat will be rescheduled to a new date. Participants will be able to attend on the rescheduled date.

3. Health and Safety
- Medical Condition: Attendees should be in good physical and mental health to participate. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional prior to attending the retreat.
- Health Disclosure: By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable health and able to participate in the retreat’s activities. 
- Health Information Collection: Attendees are required to inform Tiffany Marshall about any allergies or special dietary requirements, or needs at least 72 hours prior to the retreat. 
- Valuables: Tiffany Marshall is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items attendees bring to the retreat. It is recommended to keep any valuables safe or avoid bringing them altogether. 
- Emergency Contact: Attendees are encouraged to provide an emergency contact to Tiffany Marshall in case any medical or other emergency situations arise. 

4. Liability Waiver
By attending the retreat, you agree to release Tiffany Marshall International LLC, its vendors, staff, and affiliates from all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, illness, or death, arising from participation in the retreat. Participation is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Participation Liability: Attendees agree to indemnify Tiffany Marshall for any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their own actions during the retreat. 

5. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, participants must:
- Adhere to all retreat guidelines and instructions provided by Tiffany Marshall and retreat facilitators.
- Refrain from any disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by other attendees.
Tiffany Marshall has the right to dismiss attendees who engage in disruptive or harmful behavior without a refund. 

6. Intellectual Property
All retreat materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Tiffany Marshall International LLC and are protected under copyright law. You may not copy, share, or distribute any retreat content without written permission from Tiffany Marshall.

7. Non-Disparagement Clause
Participants agree not to make any statements, written or verbal, that could harm Tiffany Marshall International LLC’s reputation, services, products, or business.

8. Confidentiality
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all retreat participants. Personal information shared by others must be kept private and not disclosed without explicit permission.

9. Photo and Media Release
By participating in the retreat, you grant Tiffany Marshall International LLC permission to take photographs or videos during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance.

10. Results Disclaimer
Results from participating in the retreat are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend entirely on each participant’s individual commitment, engagement, and application of the materials.

11. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By providing your personal information, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined below.
- Information Collection: We collect personal information, including your name, contact information, and payment details, to manage retreat bookings.
- Use of Information: Your information is used to facilitate your participation in the retreat, communicate with you, process transactions, and improve our services.
- Third-Party Sharing: We may share your information with service providers for payment processing, event management, and other necessary functions. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties without your consent.
- Security: We use standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of your information.
- Policy Changes: We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. By participating in the retreat, you agree to review the updated Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure
Tiffany Marshall International LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes to the retreat due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, attendees may reschedule to a future retreat.

13. Severability
If any provision in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, parties agree to resolve it through mediation or arbitration, governed by the laws of Indiana. Litigation shall only proceed if all alternative dispute resolutions fail.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By participating in Tiffany Marshall International LLC’s Buy 1 Get 1 Retreat Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Your participation indicates full acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms.
